Remember that while the size of your list is important, the quality of your list is of the greatest importance. You want your list to be responsive when pitch something to them. If you decide to go that route, make sure that you know that the company is reputable. There are so many companies who get away with providing junk leads.
What I can tell you, is that I would not recommend purchasing leads. Remember that your list becomes responsive due to the trusting relationship which you build. You cannot build such a relationship simply by taking the hand off from another company. The internet marketers who make money online consistently with the email list are able to do so because they have build and developed a relationship with their list. Make it a point to do the same.
